摘 要:目的:探讨Bcl-2结合抗凋亡基因-1(Bag-1)在胶质瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化的方法检测手术切除的56例不同级别胶质瘤组织和10例正常脑组织中Bag-1蛋白的表达情况。结果:Bag-1在胶质瘤组织中高表达,在胶质瘤组织中阳性率为69.64%,其中胶质瘤低级别组(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)40.91%,高级别组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)88.24%,其差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);生存时间〉2年组与生存时间≤2年组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:Bag-1表达可能参与了胶质瘤的发生、发展过程,可作为胶质瘤恶性程度和预后分析的指标。Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of Bcl-2-associated athano- gene-1 (BAG-1) in human gliomas. Methods: The protein level of Bag-1 in 56 cases of different grade glio- ma tissues and 10 cases of normal brain tissues was detected by immumohistochemical staining. Results.. The expression of Bag-1 was significantly higher in glioma tissues than that of normal brain tissues. The positive expressions rate of Bag-1 was 69.64% in human glioma tissues, with 40.91% in low level group (grade Ⅰ -Ⅱ ) and 88.24% in high level group (grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ). The positive expression rate of Bag-1 in glio- mas of grades Ⅰ - Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in gliomas of gradesⅢ-Ⅳ (P〈0.05). The differ- ence in survival time 〉 2 years group and less than 2 years group was also significant (P〈0.05). Conclu- sions: Bag-1 may play an important role in the development process of gliomas, and may act as valuable indicator of the malignant degree of glioma and the prognosis in the patients with glioma.
