摘　　要：工程能力是工程师最重要、最基本的素质之一,也是高等工程教育的薄弱环节。为突出办学特色,赢得社会认可,独立学院的工程教育更需要从教育观念与培养理念、教学与实践相结合等诸多方面进行改革与创新,以培养适应经济、社会发展需要的工程技术人才。Engineering ability was the most important and basic quality of an engineer , which was the weak link in high level engineering education.For the special of the education and win of the society , independent college needed to develop and reform the ideal on education and training , like classes should connect with practical engineering.Indeed , the engineer student can fit the increase of the economic and development of the society.
