小骨窗治疗高血压脑出血100例临床总结

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高血压脑出血小骨窗血肿清除术的优点。方法 :回顾性分析小骨窗手术清除高血压脑出血10 0例临床资料中的方法和效果。结果 :10 0例中期手术成活率达 86 6 % ,死亡率 13 4% ,病残率较轻。结论 :小骨窗清除高血压是一种符合微创而且效果良好的值得推崇的好术式。Analysis of 100 cases in surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated surgically with small cranial window was carried out.The method and results of the operation were discribded in detail.The advantage was that not only micro-the wound not only was small,the hematoma but was could be completely resected directly.The outcome was very good with a mortality rate of 16 per sent which was lower than others reported as high as 54 per cent,and the morbidity low.So,it was certain that this type of operation was worth wildly used in selectied cases.
