摘　　要：该文在对淮阴师范学院近3学年重修数据统计基础上,分析了重修现状、重修产生的原因及重修管理中存在的困难,提出强化专业引导,更新课程体系,改进教学方法,改革管理模式,完善重修制度,加强教学监控等措施,加强重修管理,提高重修质量和教学管理水平。On the basis of nearly three year re--study data statistics in huaiyin normal university,analyzes the re--study present situation,the cause of re--study and the difficulty in re--study management, and puts forward to strengthen the professionat guidance,update the curriculum system, improve teaching methods, reform management mode,improve the system of re--study and strengthen teaching monitoring measures, in order to strengthen the management of re--study,improve the quality of re--study and the teaching management level.
