早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术的应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨对早期乳腺癌患者应用前哨淋巴结活检术的意义及价值。方法该研究选取在该院接受治疗的60例早期乳腺癌患者,所选患者均为淋巴结阴性,不予以腋窝清扫,对所有患者使用腋窝前哨淋巴结活检术,具体可应用浓度为1%的亚甲蓝溶液进行操作。结果对60例患者进行随访3年,术后发现患者无上肢麻木感、上肢肿胀以及运动障碍等并发症,全部患者检查未见腋窝肿大淋巴结,更无局部复发情况。结论对早期乳腺癌患者使用腋窝前哨淋巴结活检术,可以减少并发症,能够替代腋窝清扫术,在临床可建议应用与推广。Objective To explore the significance and value of sentinel lymph node biopsy applied in patients with early breast cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients with early breast cancer treated in our hospital from March, 2009 to January, 2013 were se-lected. All the patients were node-negative, and given axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy without axillary dissection, 1% concen-tration of methylene blue solution could be used for specific operation. Results 60 patients were followed up for 3 years after surgery, it was found that the patients had no upper extremity numbness, swelling and upper limb movement disorders and other complications, all patients showed no evidence of enlarged axillary lymph nodes and local recurrence. Conclusion For patients with early breast cancer, axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy can reduce the incidence of complications and replace axillary dis-section, which is recommended to be applied and promoted clinically.
