摘 要:大蒜素和乙醇预防心肌缺血分子机制的最新进展,为大蒜醇溶制剂的研发提供依据.追踪与心肌缺血调控机制密切相关的文献,归纳、整理和分析.大蒜素作为天然药物,乙醇作为备选溶剂,二者合用一直缺乏机制支持,适量乙醇通过激活和移位ε蛋白激酶到线粒体,活化与醛基相关的酶,消除醛基毒性,发挥预防心肌缺血作用,解释了大蒜素自然选择乙醇作为溶剂的内在机制.大蒜素溶于乙醇中,通过激活ε蛋白激酶途径,激活醛基相关酶,消除醛基而抗心肌缺血,极大发挥了大蒜素潜能,凸显了广阔的应用前景.The summary of Ihe latest development in molecular mechanism between allicin and alcohol for the prevention of myocardial ischemia is analyzed to provide the basis for the development of alcohol garlic preparations. The tracking literatures closely associated with myocardial ischemia and regulatory mechanisms are arranged and analyzed. Since allicin as natural medicine and ethanol as an alternative solvent, the mechanism has been lacking to support. The ethanol in appropriate amount shifted and activated e-protein kinase to mitochondria, and then activated enzymes associated with the aldehydes for the prevention of myocardial ischemia. The above analyses of literatures explain the internal mechanism of ethanol as a solvent. When allicin dissolved in ethanol, anti-ischemic effect is very positive via activating e-protein kinase pathway, excavated the potential of allicin, and highlighted the broad application prospects.
