摘 要:分别以硅质煤矸石、石英砂与弱粘煤、无烟煤作原料用Acheson工艺合成了SiC ,并研究了硅质煤矸石的微观结构 .SEM研究表明 :硅质煤矸石中SiO2 呈球状被包容于碳有机质薄壳中 ,SiO2 球体直径小于 10 μm ,有机质厚度小于 5 μm .据此提出了硅质煤矸石参与合成SiC的反应过程模型 ,认为硅质煤矸石的微观结构适于SiC合成反应在较低温度下快速彻底地进行 .实验表明 :硅质煤矸石是Acheson法合成工业SiC理想的天然原料 ,用其代替石英砂和大部分价格较贵的石油焦炭或资源较匮乏的无烟煤 ,可实现废弃物资源化与控制污染的目的 ,并可降低能耗和生产成本 .SiC was prepared with siliceous colliery waste, quartzite, anthracite coal and weakly caking coal by Acheson process. The microstructure of siliceous colliery waste was investigated by SEM. It is found that globular SiO2 exists in an organic material thin-layer. The diameter of globular SiO2 is less than 10 μm and the thickness of the organic material thin-layer is less than 5 μm. The reaction procedure model was developed on the basis of SEM study. It is considered that the quick and thorough synthetic reaction of SiC is capable at lower temperature due to the microstructure of siliceous colliery waste. The experimental results indicate that siliceous colliery waste is the perfect natural raw material of industrial synthesis of SiC by Acheson process and can be used for substituting quartzite, expensive petroleum coke or relative deficient anthracite coal. The replacement can reduce pollution and at the same time reduce the power consumption and the production cost of SiC.
