摘　　要：随着社会经济水平的提高,特殊教育改革也持续深入,这为聋哑高职生的就业提供了更多的宝贵机会。但激烈的竞争和残酷的就业现状也导致了聋哑高职生心理问题的凸显。本文在对聋哑高职生就业过程中存在的心理问题及影响因素探究分析的基础上,提出解决聋哑高职生就业心理问题的几点建议。With the improvement of social economic, the reform of the special education is also being developed in-depth.h provides a lot of precious opportunities for deaf students in higher vocational colleges.But deaf students＇ psychological problems have been caused by explosive competition and oppressive employment status.In this paper,some measures about deaf students＇ employment psychological problems will be put forward based on psychological problems and factors in the process of employment.
