摘 要:研究牡丹籽油的体外自由基清除率及对脂代谢紊乱大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的酶比活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。采用α,α-二苯-β-苦味肼(DPPH·)法、[2,2-连氮-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐](ABTS)法计算自由基清除率(Inhibition percent,IP);比色法测定脂代谢紊乱大鼠肝组织及血清SOD、GSH-Px酶比活力及MDA含量。牡丹籽油清除自由基能力与其浓度呈明显的量效(正比)关系。与模型对照组比较,中、高剂量组SOD、GSH-Px酶比活力显著提高,MDA含量降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明牡丹籽油具有明显的体内外抗氧化作用。To study the pharmacodynamics function of Peony seed oil on the clearance rate of free radicals in vivo and the influence on superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione -peroxidase (GSH -px) activity and malondial- dehyde (MDA) content in vitro of the disorder of lipid metabolism in rats. Methods calculate the inhibition percent (IP) of free radical with DPPH and ABTS methods. Detected SOD, GSH - Px specific activity and MDA content in liver homogenate and serum by colorimetric method. Results with the peony seed oil, the free radical - scavenging rose in a dose - dependent manner. Compared with those of the blank control group , SOD, GSH - Px specific activity of medium and high dose groups were markedly enhanced while the content of MDA were reduced significantly and the differences had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05) . In conclusion, there is an antioxidative effect of peony seed oil in vitro and vivo obviously.
