摘  要:目的检测食管癌组织中细胞周期蛋白CyclinD1和CyclinA mRNA的表达水平,探讨相关基因表达与食管癌发生、发展的相关性。方法应用SYBR Green染料法进行相对实时荧光定量PCR检测CyclinD1和CyclinA在48例食管癌组织及其癌旁正常食管组织中的表达情况。结果 CyclinD1和CyclinA在食管癌组织中的表达水平均明显高于正常食管黏膜组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人食管癌组织中CyclinD1和CyclinA的高表达可能与食管癌的发生发展密切相关,有望作为食管癌发生发展的评估指标。Objective To investigate mRNA expression of CyclinD1 and CyclinA genes in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissue. Methods The mRNA expression of CyclinD1 and CyclinA genes in ESCC tissues and matched normal esophageal tissues were quantified and analyzed by quantitative real - time PCR assay. Results CyclinD1 and CyelinA were low expressed in normal esophageal tissues. The mRNA expression levels of CyclinD1 and CyclinA genes in ESCC were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal tissues ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Up - regulation of CyclinD1 and CyclinA may serve as valuable target for esophageal cancer
