摘　　要：目的系统评价二甲双胍用于治疗奥氮平引起体质量增加的效果。方法计算机检索2000年1月-2013年6月中MEDLINE、Cochrane图书馆、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库,收集关于二甲双胍治疗奥氮平引起的体重增加的随机对照试验。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和文献质量评价,采用RevMan5.0软件对资料进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入7篇随机对照研究,包括420名受试者。结果显示,干预结束时研究组体质量低于对照组[WMD=-3.60 Kg,95%CI(-4.62,-2.59)Kg],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预结束时研究组体重指数低于对照组[WMD=-1.58 Kg/m2,95%CI(-1.91,-1.24)Kg/m2],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论现有数据提示,短期内二甲双胍能够减轻奥氮平引起的体重增加。Objective To assess whether metformin prevents body weight gain in persons with serious mental illness who are treated with olanzapine. Methods The randomized controlled trials （RCT） about metformin for prevention of weight gain with olanzapine from January 2000 to July 2013 were selected in the Medline, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Data. Two reviewers independently screened the literatures, extracted the data, and evaluated the methodological quality. The meta-analyses were conducted by using RevMan 5.0 software. Results The total 7 RCTs were selected and 420 patients were involved. The results of meta-analyses showed that the efficacy of the mefformin group were significantly superior to those of the control group in lessen body mass [ WMD =-3.60Kg,95% CI （ -4.62, -2.59 ） Kg, （ P 〈 0.01 ） ], BWI [ WMD = -1.58Kg/m2,95% CI （ -1.9,-1.24 ） Kg/m2 （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ]. Conclusion Existing data suggest that metformin addition therapy is effective in attenuating olanzapine-induced weight gain in short term.
