Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Competency in College Students: The Mediating and Moderating Role of Attribution

摘  要:目的探讨大学生创业动机对创业能力的影响,归因方式在其中的中介作用和调节作用。方法采用多维度-多归因因果量表(MMCS)和创业动机问卷、创业能力问卷对362名大学生进行研究。结果①大学生归因方式、创业动机与创业能力之间呈显著相关(r=0.127~0.669;P〈0.01);②回归分析显示,能力在创业动机和创业能力的关系中起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为14.0%;③努力对创业动机和创业能力的关系起调节作用(β=0.047,P〈0.01)。结论归因方式中介和调节创业动机对创业能力的影响,能力会提高创业动机和创业能力水平,而且努力增强了创业动机对创业能力的关系。Objective To study how attributional style mediate and moderate the relationship of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial competency. Methods The Multidimensional-multi attributional Causality Scale and Scale of Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurial Competency for University Students were administered to 362 valid subjects. Results (1)There was significantly positive correlation between college students attribution style, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial competency( r = 0. 127 -0.669 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ;(2)Ability of attribution style served to mediate the association between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial competency, and the ratio was 14.0% ;(33)Effort of attribution style moderated the association between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial competency(β =0. 047 ,P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Entrepreneurial motivation has an important influence on the entrepreneurial competency. Ability increases the level of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial ability while efforts enhance relationship the entre- preneurial motivation for entrepreneurship.
