摘  要:目的探讨音乐放松训练对护理技能竞赛选手竞赛焦虑水平的影响。方法选取2所高校即将参加护理技能竞赛并自愿参加本研究的选手作为研究对象,随机选取其中1所高校被试作为实验组(18人),另外1所高校被试作为对照组(22人)。实验组施以为期2周的音乐放松训练。两组在实验前、赛前1周、赛前1天及赛前1小时共4次施测运动竞技状态焦虑量表。结果实验前实验组和对照组在CSAI-2各分量表得分上差异均无显著性(P>0.05);赛前1周实验组在认知状态焦虑上得分明显低于对照组(t=2.163,P<0.05),两组在躯体状态焦虑(t=1.199,P>0.05)及状态自信心(t=0.460,P>0.05)上得分差异不明显;赛前1天实验组在认知状态焦虑(t=3.207,P<0.01)及躯体状态焦虑(t=2.296,P<0.05)上得分明显低于对照组,两组在状态自信心上得分差异不明显(t=1.145,P>0.05);赛前1小时实验组在认知状态焦虑(t=3.755,P<0.01)及躯体状态焦虑(t=3.048,P<0.01)上得分明显低于对照组,两组在状态自信心上得分差异不明显(t=0.912,P>0.05)。结论音乐放松训练可以显著降低护理技能竞赛选手的认知状态焦虑及躯体状态焦虑水平,但对选手的自信心调节作用不明显。Objective To explore the effects of music relaxation training on competition anxiety of nursing skill competitors. Methotis Taking players who would participate in nursing skills competition and volunteered to participate in this study from two universities as the research object, randomly selected one University as the training group (n = 18 ) , another university as the control group (n = 22 ). The training group received 2 weeks music relaxation training. Both the training group and the control group finished the CSAI - 2 before the experiment, 1 weeks before the fight, 1 days and 1 hours before the fight. Results There was no significant difference on the CSAI - 2 before the experiment between two groups( P 〉 0.05 ) ;1 weeks before the fight, cognitive state anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( t = 2.163, P 〈 0.05 ), the two group of scores on somatic state anxiety (t = 1. 199, P 〉 0.05 ) and self-confidence ( t = 0.460,P 〉 0. 05 ) were not obvious difference ; 1 days before the fight, the cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety ( t = 2.296, P 〈 0.05 ) scores of experimental group ( t = 3. 207, P 〈 0.01 ) were significantly lower than those of the control group,two groups of scores in the state self-confidence were not obvious difference (t = 1. 145 ,P 〉 0. 05 ) ;1 hours before the fight, cognitive anxiety ( t = 3. 755, P 〈 0. 01 ) and somatic state anxiety ( t = 3. 048, P 〈 0.01 ) score of the experiment group were signifi- cantly lower than those of the control group, the two group of scores on state self-confidence were not obvious difference (t = 0. 912,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Music relaxation training can significantly reduce the cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety level of nursing skill competitors, but the effect on state self-confidence of the competitors is not obvious.
