摘 要:航空制造业蒙皮口盖使用铝合金制造,口盖压合部位则采用丁腈橡胶硫化工艺制造胶圈,以增强其密封性能。橡胶硫化后常常会溢出多余的胶料,污染待涂装表面,降低涂装后涂层的附着力,导致涂层脱落,常规清洗方式无法清除这一弊端,影响口盖的正常使用。通过等离子清洗方式处理,可有效地去除胶转移污染。达到清理、活化的目的,使待涂装表面获得最佳状态。叙述了采用等离子清洗处理口盖制件胶转移污染的研究过程,对比溶剂清洗效果,通过水接触角测量仪初步测试清洗质量,并用划格干胶带法测试涂层的最终附着力。结果表明等离子清洗可以改善胶转移污染制件的涂层附着力,处理后制件的涂层质量满足使用要求。Cover in the skin is made of aluminium alloy in aviation manufacturing industry, of which the pressing part usually using rubber ring for improving the sealing performance, and the rubber ring is manufactured by vulcanization of nitrile rubber process. However, after being vulcanized,the rubber often spill excess compound which will pollute the surfaces to be painted, reduce the adhesion of the coating and make the coating fall off easily after painting. This problem affects the normal use of cover and can't be solved by conventional methods. But using plasma cleaning process, rubber transfer pollution can be effectively removed, which makes the surface to be painted obtain the best state before painting and the purpose of cleaning and activation can be consequently achieved. In this paper, research process about adop- ting plasma cleaning process to handle rubber transfer pollution of cover part was specified, the cleaning effect of different solvents were compared, the cleaning quality was measured with water contact angle measuring instrument and final adhesion of the coatings was tested by cross-cut dry adhesive tape method. The results showed that the plasma cleaning process could improve coating adhesion of rubber transfer part, and coating quality of the parts after being processed could meet the application requirements well.
