两种药物局部治疗萎缩性阴道炎108例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较自配药Ⅱ号与欧维婷乳膏通过阴道局部给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果。方法采用随机对照方法,将108例萎缩性阴道炎患者随机分为两组,Ⅱ号药组54例,欧维婷组54例。分别在阴道局部给予自配药Ⅱ号和欧维婷乳膏进行治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果Ⅱ号药组总有效率为88.88%,欧维婷组为64.82%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ号药组治疗显效时间(6.04±1.55)d,欧维婷组(7.35±1.91)d,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自配药Ⅱ号治疗萎缩性阴道炎的效果优于欧维婷乳膏,且配方简单、价廉,症状缓解快,效果好,患者乐于接受,值得推广。Objective To compare the curative effects between self-made DrugⅡand Oumeiting Cream on atrophic vaginitis in local treatment. Methods 108 cases with atrophic vaginistis were randomly divided into 2 groups：Drug Ⅱ group and Oumeiting group,54 cases in each;vaginal administration of the 2 drugs was applied to patients in the 2 groups respectively and the clinical curative effects were compared. Results The total curative effective rate was 88. 88% in Drug Ⅱ group and 64. 82% in Oumeiting group,the difference was of statistical significance（P ﹤0. 05）;the effective time was（6. 04 ± 1. 55）days in Drug Ⅱ group and （7.35 ±1.91）days in Oumeiting group,the difference was also of statistical significance（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusions The self-made DrugⅡis of superior effect to Oumeiting Cream in the local treatment of atrophic vaginitis,and it is worthy of wider clinical application as it is simple in preparation,cheap in price,fast in symptom relief and better in effect.
