基于新生代企业家成长视角的大学生创业胜任力培养研究

摘　　要：阐述了大学生创业胜任力的内容,分析了大学生创业胜任力培养的现状,提出了大学生创业要以身边的创业者为参照。本文认为,新生代企业家与大学生在创业机会、动机、能力和创新精神等方面有许多的相似之处,具备参考价值。所以,本文对绍兴地区新生代企业家成长进行调查研究,归纳新生代企业家成长的特征,并将新生代企业家成长形成的特征运用到大学生创业胜任力培养中,提出大学生创业胜任力培养的建议,以期为提高大学生创业的成功率提供参考借鉴。This paper expounds the content of university students＇ competency of business startups, analyzes the current situation of cultivating the competency of business startups of university students in China, and points out that the university students＇ innovative undertaking should take entrepreneurs around themselves as a reference. It believes that there are many similarities between the new generation entrepreneurs and the university students, such as their entrepreneurial opportunity, motivation, ability, innovative spirit, and so on, which has the reference value. Therefore, the author investigates the growth of new generation entrepreneurs in Shaoxing area, and summarizes some typical characteristics amongst those samples. This paper applies those characteristics and makes recommendations on cultivating university students＇ competency of business startups in order to increase the success rate of university students＇ business startups.
