摘　　要：本文提出适应21世纪人才培养需求的三个模式:根雕艺术的塑造模式——让每一个学生都是精品;自助餐式的选择模式——让每一个学生都全面发展;竞技体育的竞争模式——让每个学生都有特色。三个模式的有机结合,就是张扬个性,消除劣性,约束顽性,就是实现知识、能力和素质的一体化,真正培养基础厚、能力强、能创新的人才。This paper proposes three models of talents cultivation in the 21 st century:shaping model as root carving art to shape every student to be best;the buffet-like choosing model to make every student develop roundly;competitive sports-like competition model to let every student be different.With organic combination of three models,the students will have more personality and less defects.As a result,the students will have a more comprehensive quality and become true talents.
