Vitapex根尖诱导成形术治疗年轻恒牙患牙的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Vitpex根尖诱导成形术治疗年轻恒牙患牙是否有效,能否促进牙根正常发育。方法本研究从2008——2012年于湖南省儿童医院口腔门诊就诊的患者中选用年轻恒牙患牙的123例病人,150颗年轻恒患牙作为观察组,另选取同期130例病人150颗患牙作为对照组进行对照研究,观察组患者对患牙进行根尖诱导成形术,对照组应用氢氧化钙行根尖诱导成形术治疗。随访2年,对两组各150颗牙齿进行了临床和影像学成功的评价。牙齿评估指标包括是否存在疼痛,脓肿,瘘,波动感,内部和外部的吸收,并进行影象学诊断牙根发育情况。结果本研究经过2年的随访,观察组150颗患牙根尖诱导成形术临床症状成功率为92%,影像学检测成功率为90.6%,对照组氢氧化钙行根尖诱导成形术73%,影像学检测成功率为78.5%,两组相比具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论 Vitapex是比较理想的根尖诱导材料。Vitapex治疗周期短,疗效确切,可以考虑替代传统的Ca(OH)2诱导制剂临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of vitapex used in apexification,and can promote the normal development of root. Methods In this study of patients from 2008 to 2012 in Hunan Children＇s Hospital Dental clinic in young permanent teeth of 123 patients, 150 young permanent teeth as the observation group, and the other to select the same period 130 cases of 150 patients with permanent teeth as a control group control study, the observation group were carried out on teeth apexification, the control group received calcium hydroxide OK apexification treatment. 2-year follow-up of two groups of 150 teeth were successful clinical and radiological evaluation. Conclusion The satisfactory outcome of Vitapex apexification treatment of young permanent teeth. Vitapex apexification is a simple, effective, reliable, avalible method.
