基于职业导向的创新人才培养的现代测量技术课程体系改革

摘　　要：随着本科教育的发展,目前的"现代测量技术"课程结构已不适合于上海第二工业大学职业导向的创新应用型人才培养的目标定位,因此,必须针对新的需求对其进行改革。该文在对原课程结构进行分析的基础上,阐述了新的以职业为导向的培养创新人才为目标的"现代测量技术"课程结构,并通过2年的教学实践验证该课程结构的可行性和有效性。With the development of undergraduate education, the current course structure of ＆quot;Modern Measurement Technology＆quot; is not suitable for career-oriented innovative students training of Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, therefore, must be reformed based on the new requirements.Based on the analysis of the original course structure, this paper described a new course structure for career-oriented innovative talents training.The feasibility and effectiveness of the new course structure was proven through two years of teaching practice.
