摘  要:我国古代的官府籴粮制度起源甚早 ,春秋战国时期籴粜手段的运用及平籴法的提出 ,为这一制度的形成奠定了基础 ;汉代以常平仓的创设为标志 ,官府籴粮在制度化的确立过程中向前迈进了一大步 ;北魏和籴供军作用至显 ,成为官府籴粮制度发展的又一重要阶段 ;入唐 ,官府籴粮渐成常平署和户部度支两大运营系统 ,制度本身更趋完善。Chinese ancient official grain purchasing system originates early.The use of the means of buying and selling grain during the period of Spring & Autumn and Warring States,and the proposal of means of Ping Di have laid foundation for the formation of this system.Marked by the establishment of Chang Ping Chang in Han Dynasty,the official grain purchasing has made a big step forward in the process of its systemization.He Di plays a very obvious role in military supply and becomes another important stage in the development of the official graining purchasing system.When it comes to Tang dynasty,the official grain purchasing gradually becomes two important operating systems both for department of Chang Pingshu and department of Hubu Duzhi,and the system itself is becoming more perfect. \ \
