摘　　要：医学研究生培养是医学教育结构中最高层次的教育,直接影响到医学事业的发展.如何保证培养质量,提高培养工作效率,是研究生管理部门努力探索的一项课题.本文从研究生管理制度、研究生培养过程两方面对研究生培养工作中存在的不足进行了思考,提出了大力推进研究生培养工作健康发展的几点建议.The training of postgraduate medical education is the highest level in the structure of medical educational system and it affacls the development of medince. How to grarantee the training qualilty and improve the work efficiency is an important subject to explore to the postgraduate management departments,This paper analysed the work insufficiency in the postgraduate management system and the work of training postgraduates,and proposed the suggestions to improve the healthy development of the work on the postgraduate training.
