探讨采用CT影像诊断方法对于纵膈畸胎类肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用ct影像诊断方法对于纵膈畸胎类肿瘤的诊断价值。方法抽取在我院经手术病理证实的纵膈畸胎类肿瘤患者58例，对其ct影像表现及诊断进行回顾性分析。结果58例患者经ct检查诊断为良性畸胎瘤49例，恶性畸胎瘤9例，与手术病理结果对照，误诊2例，准确率为96.6%。结论 ct影像诊断对于纵膈畸胎类肿瘤能够明确肿瘤的部位、大小、生长情况及其与周围组织的关系，具有较高的定位及定性诊断准确性，能够为临床制定治疗方案提供有价值的信息，值得临床广泛应用。Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of ct imaging diagnosis methods for mediastinal teratoma.Methods 58 patients with mediastinal teratoma were conifrmed by operation and pathology in our hospital,a retrospective analysis was carried out on their ct imaging manifestations and diagnostic.Results ct results of the 58 patients were：49 cases of benign teratoma,9 cases of malignant teratoma.compared with the results of operation and pathology,2 cases were misdiagnosed,the accurate rate of ct for mediastinal teratoma was 96.6%.Conclusion ct diagnosis of the mediastinal teratoid tumor can clear the tumor location, size, growth and its relationship with surrounding tissues,ct has high accuracy of localization and qualitative diagnosis,can provide more valuable information for making clinical treatment plan,and is worthy of applicating.
