资源与环境经济补偿机制探讨

摘　　要：建立和完善资源与环境的经济补偿机制 ,是解决资源与环境问题的有效方法之一。对资源与环境科学计价并制定合理的价格政策 ,是建立经济补偿机制的基础。总结借鉴国内外成功经验 ,采取有效的补偿手段和政策 ,是经济补偿机制的重心。通过会计核算反映和监督企业在保护资源与环境方面的贡献 。One of the effective ways to solve the problem of resource and environment is to set up and perfect the economic compensatory system of resource and environment.It is the base of economic compensatory system establishment to scientifically valuate the resource and environment and to institute a reasonable price policy.Viewing the successful experience home and abroad,we see the core of the economic compensatory system is to take effective compensatory measures and policies.It can promote the perfection of the resource and environment compensatory system to reflect and monitor the contribution of the enterprises in resource and environment protection by accounting calculation.\;
