摘  要:以SCY-14B型斜盘轴向柱塞泵为例,对轴向柱塞泵的瞬时流量及流量脉动进行了理论分析,并以该泵的参数对七柱塞和八柱塞泵瞬时流量进行MATLAB仿真。仿真结果表明:在不考虑配流盘几何因素和其他非几何因素的情况下,奇数柱塞泵的流量脉动明显小于偶数柱塞泵,柱塞数越多,泵的流量脉动越小,斜盘倾角越大,泵的瞬时流量也越大,但对泵的流量脉动几乎没有影响;而考虑配流盘几何因素和柱塞泵泄漏流量的影响时,奇、偶数轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动系数相差并不大,但明显大于理论的流量脉动系数,几何流量脉动是影响其流量脉动特性的主要因素。The instantaneous discharge and the flow fluctuation of SCY-14B type axial piston pump were theoretically analyzed, and simulations of pumps with seven pistons and eight pistons were made using MATLAB. The simulation results show that:the flow fluctuation coefficient of piston pump with odd number is lower than that of piston pump with even number leaving out the influence of geometrical factors. The flow fluctuation varies inversely as the piston number. And the larger the swash plate angle is,the greater the discharge of the pump will be. But the angle of the swash plate has no effect on the flow fluctuation. The flow fluctuation coefficient of piston pump with odd number is almost no different than that of piston pump with even number,if the influence of geometrical factors and leakage are taken into consideration;but it is significantly larger than the theoretical flow fluctuation coefficient. And the geometric flow pulsation is the major aspect that affects the flow pulsation characteristics.
