摘 要:某抽水蓄能电站上水库库底及坝体内设置了排水与观测廊道,除不同廊道交接处小范围内采用全断面现浇混凝土外,其余均采取底板和边墙为现浇混凝土,上部拱体为预制混凝土.电站运行一段时间后,7#廊道现浇底板出现沿纵向宽度约为0.1~0.15mm的裂缝.这些裂缝对廊道的安全运行构成了威胁,需要进行加固处理.本文首先提出了廊道加固方案,然后进行了加固前后的非线性有限元对比计算分析和现场观测试验.结果表明:提出的加固方案合理,加固效果明显.本文提出的加固方案和分析结果对工程设计和施工具有一定的参考价值.Most of the underground drainage and observation galleries below the bottom of the upper reservoir of a Pumped-storage Power Station (PPS) consist of the precast concrete arch and the on-site cast concrete side wall and floor. During the operation of the power station,cracks which were about 0. 1 mm to 0. 15mm wide occurred along the axial direction of the 7^th gallery's floor. The cracks were periling the normal operation of the power station,and the strengthening of the gallery was badly needed. A strengthening scheme was advanced,and finite dement method (FEM) analysis was performed before and after the strengthening. Nonlinear FEM analysis and on-site observation experiments were compared with each other, which verified the rationality and validity of the strengthening scheme. The strengthening schelne and the conclusions can be ilnportant reference for engineering design and construction.
