研究生培养机制改革成效、问题与对策——基于部属高校与地方高校的比较研究

摘　　要：围绕培养机制改革相关问题对部属高校和地方高校研究生教育工作者进行问卷调查。在比较视野下,部属高校和地方高校研究生培养机制改革既有明显的共性,表现为对培养机制改革成效的总体评价均处于比较不满意状态,而对研究生培养质量的总体评价均处于比较满意状态等;也有鲜明的殊性,在全面收费制、奖学金制、导师制、以及改革缺少经费支持等维度呈现出显著差异。基于共性和殊性,研究生培养机制改革的深化还需要进一步反思改革模式、拓宽改革内容、优化改革设计、突出改革殊性。A questionnaire-based survey was conducted of educators in ministry-affiliated universities and local universities about their reform of graduate training mechanism .Findings indicate that educators in both types of universities are mostly unsatisfied with the overall reform of the graduate training mechanism and relatively satisfied with the quality of graduate students . Comparatively ,major differences in their evaluation of the reform exist in the areas concerning the tuition system ,scholarship scheme , supervision arrangements and availability of financial support for the reform . According to the similarities and differences in their opinions on the reform ,it is necessary to better assess the reform ,broaden its scope ,optimize its design and pay more attention to the differences as reflected in the two types of universities .
