摘　　要：劳动定员定额是企业管理最基础的一项工作 ,将劳动管理与经济数学相结合 ,运用相关分析法、泊松分布、模糊集合理论、函数模型、层次分析法及线性方程建立经济数学模式 ,探索各种因素对劳动量的约束程度 ,研究解决企业人力资源配置问题 ,进一步提高劳动生产率。Personnel work quota is basal work in enterprise management.This paper studies the restriction grade of all factors in labor quantity and researches on the scheme of enterprise human resource through the combination of labor management and math ematical model and the usage of poisson distribution,blur gather theory,function model,etc.to further improve the labor productivity.
