摘　　要：首先分析了现有信息系统的特点和手工处理工作流程的不足 ,指出现有信息系统的柔性较差 ,阐述了工作流系统实施的必然趋势。然后分析了工作流的研究现状 ,并提出工作流系统所必须具备的基本功能 ,按客户机 /服务器结构对这些功能分类 ,给出了一种按三层客户机 /服务器模式实现工作流的软件框架。最后是结论和进一步工作的展望。This paper first discusses the characters of current information systems and problems of passing organization documents by hand. Second, the state of art of the workflow study is summarized. After that, the basic functions are extracted and presented in client/server mode. Then, the authors present a framework on three-tie client/server architecture to implement such functions. Finally, some suggestions for the future work are proposed.
