摘　　要：分析了JW MRPⅡ的物料关系表的主要数据内容 ,概述了InteCAD、CAPP和IntePDM对EBOM、PBOM、零件属性与工艺属性等设计技术信息的提取与管理。结合企业实施国家 86 3计划CIMS主题的CIMS示范应用工程的实践经验 ,就CIMS集成环境下如何利用PDM的产品数据信息 ,建立MRPⅡ物料关系表的实用技术途径进行了论述。The data contents of the material list and material relation list(BOM)of JW MRPⅡis analysed. The ways of picking up and managing EBOM,PBOM,parts and their technology information by systems of InteCAD,CAPP and IntePDM are described briefly.Combining with his practical experience accumulated in the demonstration engineering of CIMS application under the CIMS subject of National 863 Planning, A practical approach to establish the material list and material relation list of MRPⅡ with the help of the PBOM(produce bill of material) and other parts information submitted to PDM by CAPP in the case of CIMS are set out.
