摘 要:近年来,随着压裂液技术的发展与完善,胍尔胶、合成聚合物、表面活性剂等各种压裂液技术基本成熟并在特定储层或工艺需求的情况下得到应用。阐述了中石油压裂液技术发展及应用现状,认为压裂液主体技术多元化、对高矿度水的适应性以及实现回收再利用是未来一段时期满足压裂液技术需求和控制成本的决定因素;满足低伤害、低成本、高效环保等技术指标仍是未来压裂液发展方向,并对稠化剂速溶及连续混配的技术条件提出新见解;对高温压裂液技术提出新思路;建议尽快建立非常规储层压裂液及其伤害评价方法,以规范和指导压裂液技术发展。In recent years, with the development and improvement of fracturing lfuid technology, the technology of fracturing lfuid technologies, such as guar gum, Synthetic polymer, and surfactant are basically sophisticated and applied in special reservoir bed or conditions in which the process requires. This paper elaborates the technical development and application of CNPC fracturing lfuid and believes that the main technologies diversiifcation of fracturing lfuid, their adaptability to highly mineralized water and recycling are de-terminants to meet needs for fracturing lfuid technology and control costs over a period of time. The technical indicators of low damage, low-cost, high efifciency and environmental protection are future development direction of the fracturing lfuid. It gives insights about the technical conditions of fast dissolution and continuous mixing of thickening agent, and the new ideas about the technology of high temperature fracturing lfuid. It also appeals to establish the unconventional reservoir fracturing lfuid and its damage evaluation methods as soon as possible to standardize and guide the development of fracturing lfuid technology.
