摘　　要：论文通过介绍康奈尔大学图书馆资源建设中面临的多重困难与问题,分析其采取的应对措施:限制纸版购书,实施E-only政策;通过多方合作,对馆藏数据化;整合已有资源,自建数据库;调整图书馆体系,整合分馆;实施弹性借阅制度,分藏库存;改变图书馆布局,扩展功能;以及参与文献传递服务相关计划等。结合国内高校图书馆资源建设实情,提出若干思考,希望对国内高校图书馆资源建设方式的转变具有参考意义。By the introduction of how Cornell University Library faces the multiple difficulties and problems in the construction of resources, this paper analyzes their response measures, such as limiting printed books and implementing E- only policy; integrating the existing resources through the multilateral cooperation on the digitalization of resources; building the self-built database; adjusting the library system to integrate the branch libraries; implementing the flexible borrowing system to collect books in different places; changing the library layout to extend the functionality; and participating in the document delivery service plans, etc. Combined with the truth of the domestic colleges and universities library resources construction, it puts forward some thinking, hoping has reference value for the domestic university library to change the way of resources construction.
