摘　　要：大多数机器视觉系统都采用高亮度LED作为光源,光源厂家配售的光源控制器往往价格较高。为降低成本,提出一种可由上位机程序控制的LED光源控制器的设计方法,包括控制器的硬件设计和程序设计,并给出一个设计实例。依照此方法设计的控制器已在设备上运行半年之久,运行可靠稳定,能够很好地控制LED的亮度,且没有明显的照度衰减,证明此方案切实可行。Most machine vision system s use high-brightness LED as the light source,but the manufacturers often placing higher prices. In order to decrease the cost,we present a design of the LED lam p controller that can be controlled by a host com puter,include hardw are design and program design,especially an example. The controller which we designed had run stable for half a year, controlled lum inance well,and without brightness attenuate.The design is proved feasible.
