摘　　要：精密丝网印刷机作为LTCC制造技术中的关键设备,如何保证陶瓷片的印刷精度显得至关重要。通过对其误差主要来源的分析,提出了相应的补偿算法,达到了消除XYθ向步进运动控制系统误差的效果,从而提高了印刷精度。Precision screen printing machine as the LTCC manufacturing technology of key equipment,how to ensure that the ceramic plate printing accuracy is critical. The article focuses on analysis of the major sources of error,and its corresponding com pensation algorithm ,to achieve the elimination the X Yθ to stepping movement to control the effect of the system atic error,thereby im proving the printing accuracy.
