应用型本科院校“生产与运营管理”课程实践教学改革

摘　　要：本科院校"生产与运营管理"课程是一门综合实践性很强的课程,应当注重对学生实际操作能力的培养.目前,该课程的教学存在一些问题,并不能达到培养高素质人才的目的.因此,对该课程进行教学模式改革势在必行,提出了"获取式"、"互动式"、"仿真式"等有效教学方式.As production and Operation Management is a comprehensive practical course,attention schowld be paid to the cultivation of practical abilities of students.But given the current problems in the teaching of the course,the goal of cultivating high-quality talents fails to be achieved. Therefore,the reform of the teaching mode of the course is imperative. The paper puts forward accessible,interactive,simulative teaching modes.
