摘　　要：在实施大学生创业意识问卷调查的基础上,分析大学生创业意识的现状、存在的问题和不足,提出培养大学生创业意识的对策和建议,需要政府、高校和大学生个人等多方面共同努力,各自切实履行和承担起相应的责任和义务。Along with the undergraduates' employment in our country stepping into the popularization phase the difficulty of undergraduates' employment has come into sharper focus which is paid great attention to by the whole society. To promote employment by entrepreneurship, it can achieve a multiplier effect of employment. To solve the problem of undergraduates' employment, advocating and promoting college students to do that is the inevitable choice under the current situation. For undergraduates, whether or not, how to do, or succeed or not, their enterprise consciousness is the precondition. On the basis of the questionnaire surveying for undergraduates' enterprise consciousness, three aspects of undergraduates' enterprise consciousness, such as the status quo, the problems and the insufifciencies, are comprehensively analyzed. And then, some countermeasures and proposals to cultivate undergraduates' enterprise consciousness are put forward, which needs the government, universities and undergraduate personal jointing efforts to implement and assume corresponding responsibilities and obligations.
