摘　　要：通过问卷调查,重点分析了农科类大学生就业心理问题现状和心理趋向,提出从帮助农科类毕业生完善自身,力推学校改革,紧密联系家庭和人才市场,加强社会实践基地和毕业实习基地建设等各方面构建完善的就业帮扶体系,为进一步促进农科类大学生就业提供强有力的支撑。Through the investigation and analysis on the current psychological problems and the psychological tendency of the employment of the agriculture-related undergraduates, we proposed improving construction of aiding system through helping the agriculture-related undergraduates perfect themselves, school reform, the connection with graduate family and the talent market, strengthening the construction of social practice base and graduation practice base. The purpose is offering powerful support for further employment of agriculture-related undergraduates.
