摘  要:目的探讨双容积成像对颅内动脉瘤即刻栓塞效果的评价价值。方法采用血管内治疗43例患者、共43枚颅内动脉瘤,对术后即刻的二维数字减影血管造影(2D—DSA)和双容积成像进行分析,比较两种成像技术显示动脉瘤残留的能力。术后评价结果分为完全栓塞、瘤颈残留和瘤体残留。采用Mann—Whitney Test对两种成像技术的评价结果进行比较。结果43枚动脉瘤术后2D—DSA显示26枚完全栓塞,10枚瘤颈残留,7枚瘤体残留。双容积成像显示16枚完全栓塞,16枚瘤颈残留,11枚瘤体残留,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.009,P〈0.05)。结论双容积成像能够提高动脉瘤即刻栓塞残留的检出率。Objective To evaluate the application of dual-volume imaging for intra-cranial aneurysm embolization immediately after treatment. Methods Forty-three patients with a total of 43 intracranial aneurysms underwent endovascular embolization at our institution. To evaluated the conventional 2-di-mensional digital subtraction angiography (2D-DSA) , dual-volume images obtained immediately after the interventional procedure. The abilities of 2D-DSA and dual-volume images in detecting aneurysmal remnants, including neck remnant and aneurysmal sack remnant, were evaluated. Mann-Whitney Test was used for group comparisons. Results The immediate post-procedure dual-volume images revealed that complete obliteration of the aneurysm was obtained in 16 cases, while neck remnant was found in 16 and sack remnant in 11 cases. In 2D-DSA group complete obliteration, neck remnant and sack remnant were confirmed in 26, 10 and 5 patients respectively, The differences in detecting aneurysmal remnants among 2D-DSA and dual-volume groups were statistical significant ( Z = - 2. 009, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Du-al-volume can markedly improve the detectable rate of aneurysmal remnants immediately after the interventional procedure.
