摘  要:目的应用葡聚硫酸钠(DSS)和偶氮氧甲烷(AOM)建立小鼠从炎症性肠病(IBD)至肠道肿瘤的动态模型过程。方法54只BALB/c小鼠随机分为对照组(A组)、单剂量循环DSS组(B组)和DSS循环联合AOM组(C组)。结果在实验第1、4、7周末,B、C组小鼠体质量与A组比较均明显下降(P〈0.05);在实验第8、9周末,C组小鼠体质量增长数与B组比较明显下降(P〈0.05)。在第3个循环末(第9周),B组小鼠的病理切片主要表现为慢性炎症,部分小鼠有轻度不典型增生;C组大部分小鼠病理切片有肿瘤形成。结论AOM一次性腹腔注射联合DSS三循环喂养可建立小鼠从炎症性肠病发展到肿瘤的动态全过程。Objective To establish a dynamic process to tumors in mice from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) induce by dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) and azoxymethane (AOM). Methods Three groups were used: normal group (A), single-dose DSS group (B) and DSS with AOM group (C). Resuits At 1,4, 7 week during the experiment, group B and group C mice decreased body weight compared with group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; At 8, 9 week, the weight gain of group C was significantly less than that of group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). At the end of the third cycle ( week 9 ) , the majority of group B biopsies showed chronic inflammation, Most of group C mice showed the tumor. Conclusion AOM intraperitoneal injection with 3 cycles of drinking DSS solution can establish from inflammatory bowel disease to tumor development dynamic model.
