摘  要:针对瓶用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂现行国家标准GB17931-2003黏度分析方法的重复性和再现性差,参照ASTM,ISO相关国际标准,对GB17931—2003有关内容的修订提出建议。修订的主要内容有:试样粉碎采用全粉碎或压片方式;粉碎后的试样需进行干燥处理,用丙酮清洗除去其表面水分,在100℃烘箱中放置10~15min,以除去剩余丙酮;试样在110℃条件下溶解一般不超过30min,超过45min需要重新制样,溶解使用油浴,也可以采用等效的装置,控制溶液温度(110±5)℃;黏度计毛细管内径为0.8~0.9mm,试样溶液浓度为0.005g/mL;溶剂采用苯酚/四氯乙烷质量比为1:1和3:2两种体系;将相对黏度仪法纳入标准。Whereas the poor repeatability and reproducibility of the viscosity testing method for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) specified in the existing national standard GB17931 -2003, some revise suggestion was proposed on the relative content of GB17931 -2003 referring to the international ASTM and ISO standards. The revised content dominantly comprises: the sample is crushed by fully grinding or tabletting; the crushed sample is cleaned with acetone to remove the water from the surface and dried in an oven for 10 - 15 min at 100 ℃ ; the sample dissolving process is required to be less than 30 min at 110 ℃, and the sample should be reproduced if the dissolving time is over 45min ; oil bath or an equivalent device is recommended for the dissolving process, and the solution temperature should be controlled as ( 110 ± 5 ) ℃ ; the capillary inner diameter of the viscometer is 0.8 - 0.9 mm, and the solution concentration is 0.005 g/mL ; the solvent system should be the mixture of phenol and tetrachloroethane at the mass ratio of 1 : 1 or 3 : 2 ; and the testing method using relative viscosity meter is involved in the standard.
