摘　　要：当前,高职院校大学生的法律素质教育亟待加强。从高职院校大学生法律素质提升的影响因素看,高职院校大学生法律素质教育应该具有三个层次与内容。从高职院校人才培养目标特点看,应从人才培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍、教学手段等方面构建具有高职特色的创新型法律素质培养模式。The legal quality of vocational college education should be strengthened. This article analyzes the influence factors of higher vocational college student＇s legal quality and expounds the legal quality education in higher vocational college which should have three levels and contents. Based on this, the training mode of legal education innovation type was constructed from five aspects including training objectives, the training scheme, curriculum system, teaching staff, teaching means and so on.
