摘 要:在我国汽车产业飞速发展、消费者延伸性产品保证服务需求增加,以及国内外尚缺乏二维延伸性产品保证策略理论研究的形势下,为了帮助汽车制造商制定科学的二维延伸性产品保证服务策略,进行了基于产品使用率的二维延伸性汽车产品保证策略研究。基于产品使用率构建二维延伸性汽车产品保证故障模型,结合最小性维修与不完全维修两种维修策略构建二维延伸性产品保证成本模型,并进行产品保证成本优化。研究结论显示,在保证期边界参数确定的条件下,运用建立的二维延伸性汽车产品保证故障模型与成本优化模型,可以降低二维延伸性产品保证成本,并为汽车制造商制定二维延伸性产品保证策略提供参考。Under the situation that China's automobile industry was developed rapidly,the consumer's demand of extended warranties was increased and the two-dimensional extend warranty strategy was ignored in existing aboard researches,to help the automaker set two-dimensional extended warranty strategy scientifically,the research was made based on product usage rate.The fault model of two-dimensional extended warranty was constructed based on usage rate,and a two-dimensional extended warranties cost model combined with minimal repair and imperfect repair was established to optimize the extended warranty cost.The results showed that these two proposed models could effectively reduce two-dimension extended warranties cost with confirming the boundary parameter of guarantee period,and provide guidance for automobile manufacturer to make two-dimension extended warranty strategy.
