多彩的“第一桶金”:创业者伦理视角下创业机会选择路径研究

摘　　要："第一桶金"的颜色源于创业与伦理的融合。基于创业者伦理视角,根据"手段-目的"关系框架,构建了创业机会选择路径的分析模型,包括"经济-非经济"价值和"自我-他人"价值两个维度。选取中国创业情境下的典型案例,对循环型和发展型两大类共七种创业机会选择路径进行了剖析,揭示了"第一桶金"的多种颜色和绿色化倾向,对创业与伦理融合的研究和实践具有意义。The color of the first pot of gold is directed by the integration of entrepreneurship and ethics. Based on the angel of entrepreneurs ethics this paper proposes a framework including two dimensions representing ＂means-ends＂ relationship. Through analyzing the cases in China, it finds that there are cyclical path and development path for entrepreneurs during the process of choosing opportunity. This paper suggests that the first pot of gold is colorful and the greening is an important trend.
