摘 要:目的观察眼模置入幼兔结膜囊后刺激眼眶生长发育的程度及引起眶容积的变化。方法选取70只新西兰幼兔(1月龄),随机分为4组,其中A组、B组、C组各20只,均摘除右眼球,保留左眼,A组每隔2周更换1次更大号眼模,B组每隔4周更换1次更大号的眼模,C组不置入眼模;对照组D组10只,不作任何处理。术前和术后12周分别使用CT测双眼眼眶容积。结果术后12周,A组、B组、C组、D组兔右眼眶容积分别为(2.81±0.23)cm3、(2.91±0.19)cm3、(2.57±0.17)cm3和(3.12±0.18)cm3,A组与B组间差异无统计学意义,其余各组间差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。术后12周兔自身左右眼眼眶容积比较,A组、B组、C组差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);D组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结膜囊置入眼模组较不置入眼模组眼眶发育更好,结膜囊置入眼膜能在一定程度上刺激眼眶发育,是促使眶容积增大的有效方法。Objective To observe the orbital growth and changes of orbital volume stimulated by conjunctival sac implants in immature rabbits. Methods A total of 70 New Zealand rabbits with 1 month old were randomly divided into four groups. Twenty rabbits in each experimental group A, B, C. The right eyes of all rabbits in the experimental group were enucleated and the left eyes were remained. In group A, a con- junctival sac implant was placed and replaced with a larger implant every two weeks; In group B, the frequency of replacing implant was every four weeks;And in group C, no implant was placed in conjunctival sac. No intervention was given in control group D. The orbital volumes were measured by CT scan at pre-operation and postoperative 12 weeks. Results At postoperative 12 weeks, the orbital volumes of the fight eyes in group A, B, C and D were (2.81 ±0.23 ) cm3, ( 2.91 ±0.19 ) cm3, ( 2.57 ±0. 17 ) cm3 and (3.12 ±0.18 )cm3, respectively, there was no statistical difference between group A and group B,but there were statistical differences between other each two groups ( all P 〈 0. 05). At postoperative 12 weeks, the orbital volume difference between the left and right eyes in group A, B, C were statistically significant ( all P 〈 0. 05 ), but which in group D was not statistically insignificant (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The orbital growth with conjunctiva sac implants is better than that without conjunctiva sac implants, and conjunctiva sac implant is an effective method to stimulate orbital growth and increase orbital volume.
