摘　　要：氧化应激日益受到关注,氧化应激是由体内氧化与抗氧化系统不平衡引起的,其参与各种急性、慢性病理过程甚至年龄相关性疾病。大量证据表明氧化应激存在于许多眼表疾病发病机制中,并对疾病的发生发展起着放大加速作用。本文介绍氧化应激与眼表疾病的关系,以期在临床治疗眼表疾病时重视抗氧化治疗。Oxidative stress, caused by unbalanced oxidation/anti-oxidation systems in the body, has drawn more and more attention, which participate in various acute and chronic pathological processes, even age-related diseases. Substantial evidence indicates that oxidative stress exists in many ocular surface disease pathogenesis, even has amplification effect in the development of the diseases. In this paper, the mechanism of oxidative stress in ocular surface diseases is described in order to attach importance to the antioxidant treatment in the treatment of ocular surface diseases in clinical therapy.
