摘  要:目的:研究没食子酸对小鼠白色念珠菌感染模型的治疗作用。方法:建立小鼠白色念珠菌感染模型,分别给予阳性药氟康唑(80 mg/kg),没食子酸高剂量(80mg/kg)、中剂量(40 mg/kg)、低剂量(20 mg/kg),腹腔给药7 d后,进行一般状况观察、测定体重、计算死亡率,以肝脏病变程度、小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化为评价指标,观察没食子酸对小鼠白色念珠菌感染模型的治疗作用。结果:与模型组比较,没食子酸高剂量(80 mg/kg)可明显改善造模小鼠的一般症状,体重显著增加,没食子酸高剂量组死亡率0%,明显低于模型组33.3%。与模型组比较,氟康唑、没食子酸80mg/kg MDA含量有明显改善;氟康唑、没食子酸80mg/kg能使SOD活力增加显著,肝脏HE染色没食子酸高剂量可见轻微病变。结论:没食子酸对小鼠白色念珠菌感染有明显的治疗作用。Objective: To study the gallic acid on Candida albicans infection model in mice therapeutic effect. Methods: Establish a mouse model of Candida albicans infection,were given positive drug fluconazole( 80 mg /kg·d),gallic acid high dose( 80 mg /kg·d),medium dose( 40mg /kg·d),low dose( 20 mg /kg·d),7 d after intraperitoneal administration,general condition of observation,measurement of body weight,calculated mortality in liver lesions,serum superoxide dismutase in mice( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA) content in order to evaluate the indicators,gallic acid was observed in mice infected with Candida albicans model therapeutic effect. Results: Each dose group of deep fungal infection in mice model has a certain therapeutic effect,compared with model group,gallic acid high dose( 80 mg /kg·d) medications can obviously improve the general symptoms of model mice,weight increased significantly( P < 0. 05),gallic acid high dose group of mortality0%,significantly lower than model group 33. 3%. Malondialdehyde( MDA) content in comparison with the model group of positive drug fluconazole gallic acid,MDA content in high dose group had improved significantly( P < 0. 05),the determination of superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity,compared with model group fluconazole,gallic acid,high dose group of SOD activity increased significantly( P <0.01),liver HE staining gallic acid high dose slightly visible lesions. Conclusion: Gallic acid in mice infected with Candida albicans has obvious therapeutic effect.
