摘  要:目的 研究白花丹醌对人晶状体上皮SRA细胞株增殖和凋亡作用,探讨其防治后发性白内障的生物学活性.方法 实验研究.于2013年1~7月在桂林医学院科技实验中心应用白花丹醌孵育人晶状体上皮SRA细胞株48 h后,采用MTT法和流式细胞仪测定人晶状体上皮SRA细胞的增殖和凋亡.结果 白花丹醌呈浓度依赖性抑制人晶状体上皮SRA细胞的增殖,诱导其凋亡,70 μmol/L白发丹醌对SRA细胞的抑制率达(35.90±2.00)%,并诱导(9.83±0.35)%的SRA细胞凋亡.结论 白花丹醌抑制人晶状体上皮SRA细胞增殖,诱导其凋亡,具有潜在的抗晶状体上皮细胞增殖的生物学作用.Objective To study the proliferation and apoptosis of plumbagin on human lens epithelial SRA cell line,and explore the biological activity of plumbagin in prevention and treatment of after cataract.Methods Plumbagin was incubated with human lens epithelial SRA cell line for 48 h,using MTT experiment and Flow cytometry to analyze proliferation and apoptosis of human lens epithelial SRA cell line.Results Plumbagin was concentration-dependent inhibiting proliferation of human lens epithelial SRA cell line,and inducing its apoptosis,SRA cell line inhibited rate was (35.90 ± 2.00)% with 70 μmol/L incubation an (9.83 ± 0.35)% cells were induced to apoptosis.Conclusions Plumbagin inhibits proliferation of human lens epithelial SRA cell line,and induces its apoptosis,with potential biological role of anti-lens epithelial cell proliferation.
