广西体育彩票经营管理现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：广西体育彩票发行时间虽然不长,但作为我国体育彩票产业的组成部分,在筹集体育事业公益金方面做出了一定的贡献。全面了解广西体育彩票的经营管理现状,对提高体育彩票在广西乃至全国的市场份额、综合竞争力有着非常重要的意义。本研究从广西体育彩票总体销售情况、彩票玩法销量情况等方面出发,了解广西体育彩票的经营现状,并以营销管理者角度出发,从体育彩票供应者、彩民消费行为和市场竞争等三个微观层面,分析影响广西体育彩票营销的因素,总结出目前广西体育彩票在经营管理方面的不足之处,并提出相关的发展策略。Although sports lottery has not been issued for a long time in Guangxi, as a component of China sports lottery industry, Guangxi sports lottery has made certain contribution to raising public fund of sports business. A comprehensive understanding of the status quo of Guangxi sports lottery management, is of great importance to improve the sports lottery in Guangxi and even the national market share and competition. Therefore, based on total sales circumstance, lottery game and sales volume, etc., this paper analyzes the influenc- ing factors of Guangxi sports lottery promotion, summarizes current weakness of its management and proposes relative developing strate- gies from marketing managers＇ point of view, as well as three micro aspects of sports lottery suppliers, buys＇ consuming behavior and market competitive.
