摘　　要：以系统论的视角阐述了高校图书馆特色馆藏建设是一个系统工程,它的实施与开展需要考虑众多因素,并试着从不同层面和要素入手探讨特色馆藏建设,以期进一步认识馆藏特色化。The paper describes the construction of characteristic collection of university library based on the perspective of sys tem theory, it is a system engineering, its implementation and development need to consider many factors, the au thor tries to discuss from different aspects and elements of the characteristic collection construction, in order to fur ther understand the characteristic collection.
