地方警校大学生人际交往能力及差异性分析

摘　　要：采用郑日昌编制的《人际关系综合诊断量表》对848名地方警校的大一、大二学生进行调查,结果表明:地方警校大学生在人际交往能力总体困扰程度、人际交谈困扰程度和异性交往困扰程度维度存在性别和年级方面的差异,在人际交往能力总体困扰程度、人际交谈困扰程度、人际交友困扰程度和异性交往困扰程度维度存在生源地方面的差异,在人际交往能力总体困扰程度、待人接物困扰程度和异性交往困扰程度维度存在家庭经济情况方面的差异。The investigation was conducted among 848 students with interpersonal relationship scale designed by ZHENG Riehang in local police colleges. The results show that, there are different puzzlements between gender and grade on interpersonal communication, interpersonal talking and opposite-sex interaction. There are different puzzl- ements between location of their home on interpersonal communication, interpersonal talking, opposite-sex interaction and making friends. There are different puzzlements between family economic situation on interpersonal com- munication, interpersonal talking, opposite-sex interaction and social skill.
