摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观是社会成员认同且受其影响的共同价值观,是中华民族的凝聚力之所在,是公民道德教育的核心。随着市场经济的发展及全球化浪潮的冲击,以理性主义为代表的西方文化和以功利主义为代表的西方价值观对国人的价值观产生了巨大冲击,使得国人的共同价值意识日渐式微,个人主义越发盛行,多元价值不断涌现,正日益成为公民道德教育的困惑。因此,增强公民的核心价值认同已经成为公民道德教育的关键,对此,必须加强社会主义核心价值观教育,增强公民的共识。The core socialist values are the common value shared by the social members. It is the cohesion power of Chinese nation and the core of civic moral education. Due to the development of market economy and the impact of globalization, the western culture and values, represented by rationalism and utilitarianism, have exerted tremendous impact on Chinese values, which leads to the wane of consciousness of common value among Chinese people, as shown in the prevalent individualism and multiple values. There is an increasing confusion in the civic moral education. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen the core value identification and to emphasize the education of the core socialist values and enhance the common awareness of the value in citizens.
